Jim Clark, Formula 1 World Champion with Lotus in 1963 and 1965, began his extraordinary - albeit unfortunately short – racing career with a name: Jim 25. Jim was his name and 25 his very fast Lotus 25.

Who wouldn’t want to experience the thrill of a few laps in Monaco with that car?

Naturally on the old track of the Monaco Circuit when it was different and fast: the chicane on the port was extremely quick and, after the “Tabac” curve, drivers shot towards the “Gasometer” hairpin bend where overtaking was possible.

This scenario, the Lotus 25 and the circuit from 1966 were a wonderful gift from eClassic to fans during the Grand Prix Historique at the beginning of May.
