1000 Miglia
The 1000 Miglia—often hailed as "La corsa più bella del mondo" ("The most beautiful race in the world")—is a legendary Italian car race that seamlessly blends heritage, elegance, and endurance. Founded in 1927, the original Mille Miglia was a grueling open-road speed race covering approximately 1,000 miles (about 1,600 km) from Brescia to Rome and back. Held until 1957, it featured iconic marques like Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, and Mercedes-Benz, and was instrumental in shaping the concept of the Gran Turismo sports car.

Art Basel

Ringier Collection
