One of the most significant developments surrounding the 2026 edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans is the opening of the "M24 – Motorsport Museum". To call it a simple renovation would be to sell it short. The historic Musée des 24 Heures, inaugurated in 1961 at the gates of the Circuit de la Sarthe, has been entirely reconceived and transformed into a structure new in concept, scale, and ambition. The new museum is born from a collaboration between the ACO - Automobile Club de l'Ouest and Richard Mille, marking a turning point in the way the history of motorsport is told.
