Goodwood. The good choice
Bonhams auction at the 79th Members’ Meeting in Goodwood achieved an 85.14% success rate, selling 63 out of 74 cars on offer for a total of £6,791,025 (€8,193,915). The top lot was a 1964 Aston Martin DB5 that needed complete restoration, estimated at £280,000-£350,000 but eventually sold for £506,000 (€610,530). Another highlight was a 1961 Aston Martin DB4 Competition Saloon, estimated at £160,000-£200,000 but sold for £235,750 (€286,865).
