A Sparkling October: Let’s Make the Most of It
Ten cities, four Formula 1 races, historic prototypes, and concours on two continents – October asks only one difficult question: where first?
Green Day sang "Wake Me Up When September Ends" and this year, more than a chorus, it feels almost like an invitation – because in October the automotive calendar ignites to the point where even choosing where to go becomes a challenge.
A genuinely rich programme concentrates into just a few weeks: Sepang, Mugello, Singapore, Newport, Modena, Turin, Florence, Austin, Bologna, Las Vegas. Almost every weekend will have a destination and, above all, a good reason to follow or attend the events. It begins in earnest with Formula 1, which in October will run four Grands Prix across five weekends: Sepang, Singapore, Austin, and Mexico City.
In the first weekend of October, both the Bahrain Grand Prix at Sepang and the Mugello with the inaugural Gran Premio Storico d’Italia: more than 200 cars and around 70 historic Formula 1 cars on track. Exhilarating.
