EY "Entrepreneur of the Year 2023" event in Monaco: Roarington simulators enabled competitive racing fun

For decades, the international network of consulting firms Ernst & Young (EY) has traditionally chosen the "Entrepreneur of the Year" in Monaco. At the 2023 edition earlier this month, Roarington simulators were once again in use.

The "Entrepreneur of the Year" is very popular: This year, around 5000 participants took part in the national programmes and 49 of them have now applied for the global "Entrepreneur of the Year". In the "Salle des Etoiles" of the city state, the Taiwanese Doris Hsu was finally chosen as only the third woman and first Taiwanese ever to be named "EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2023" - she is the CEO of GlobalWafers Co, a company that supplies chip manufacturers with sophisticated technological solutions, among other things.

During the multi-day event, a Roarington eRacing Lounge with our simulators was located in the Salon Trianon of the Hermitage Hotel. The global participants of the EY event were able to virtually and competitively drive around the Monaco racetrack in a Lotus 25 or a BMW M1 and measure themselves against the organiser's global leaderboard.
