Women today are no different than they were in the past. We have seen how the automobile, in all fields, has demonstrated that there are no barriers between the sexes, so it comes as no surprise that the captain of an aeroplane or a ship is a woman, just as it comes as no surprise that Monisha Kaltenborn and Claire Williams were Team Principals of Formula 1 teams.
