From Pebble Beach to Villa d’Este: The Road to the Crown

There are many important Concours d'Elegance around the world, but there is only one moment when their winners come together to be judged once more — no longer amongst peers, but amongst sovereigns. This is the spirit of The Peninsula Classics Best of the Best Award: to elect the Queen of Queens.
Founded in 2015 from an idea by the dynamic Sir Michael Kadoorie together with collectors William E. Connor, Bruce Meyer, and Christian Philippsen, the award is organised by The Peninsula Hotels group and takes place each year in the early months. The reason is precise: to crown, at season's end, the finest amongst the cars that in the previous year have already won Best of Show at the world's most prestigious Concours d'Elegance. An invitation reserved for those who have already proven themselves to be the very best.
