2026 is redrawing the map of the great international concours circuit for classic automobiles. Following the acclaimed debut of Anantara Concorso Roma (read more here), Europe is preparing to welcome a new event with every intention of making its mark: the Concours d'Élégance International Schlumpf, scheduled for 27 and 28 June 2026 at the Cité de l'Automobile in Mulhouse.

The setting carries a particular weight, housing as it does the largest and most extraordinary collection of Bugatti automobiles in the world. The name Schlumpf explains its origin: the troubled legacy of two brothers, Hans and Fritz, Alsatian textile industrialists who assembled, far from any spotlight, a collection without precedent — acquiring along the way some of the rarest and most significant models Ettore Bugatti ever produced. The textile crisis of the 1970s brought their empire down, and the collection was confiscated by the French State and transformed into public heritage.
