Departing from Peking, in the heart of China, and arriving in Paris after an epic east-to-west crossing of the Eurasian continent, participants in the Peking to Paris Motor Challenge 2025 experienced 37 days of true adventure. A journey spanning over 14,500 kilometers, marked by extreme landscapes, remote borders, timed special stages, and unexpected events that tested endurance, skill, and the spirit of exploration. This edition embodied, perhaps more than any other, the spirit of the great automotive feats of the past: not simply a race, but a marathon of the soul as well as of machinery, where the goal was to bring one’s car all the way to Paris, overcoming natural and human obstacles, facing deserts and mountains, rivers and passes, without ever giving up. A goal that was first accomplished in far more difficult conditions in 1907 by Prince Luigi Marcantonio Francesco Rodolfo Scipione Borghese, with his Itala, accompanied by journalist Luigi Barzini.
