The Alfa Revival Cup, which brings Alfa Romeo's sporting glories of the past to the track, kicks off this weekend. At the Roman racetrack of Vallelunga, Turismo and GT competition models from 1947 to 1981 divided into classes come together for a highly spectacular race. At each event the race lasts for one hour with the possibility of changing drivers between the 20th and 40th minute. This results in different racing strategies that are mandatory to be followed even by those racing alone. There is in fact an obligatory stop even without changing drivers for the sake of fairness.
