For every racing enthusiast, the idea of a parade finish immediately brings to mind the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans, when three Ford GT40s crossed the line side by side to demonstrate their supremacy and send a message to Ferrari and its founder, who had only a few years earlier refused to sell the company to Ford.
