Car Museums: A heritage to discover image

Those who love the automobile should never give up going to see the museums that preserve them. In fact, each one presents surprises and allows you to discover things you were unaware of beforehand.

On TCCT.com, we have updated our list of the world’s museums, thanks to the collaboration of the international expert, Claudio Rava. To facilitate your research, the museums have been divided into 6 categories: Corporate Museums, Independent Museums, National Museums, Single Marque Private Museums, Museums dedicated to Drivers and Celebrities, Racing Museums and Racing Car Museums. Any analysis can also be carried out by country, grouping all the museum categories of the selected nation together.

The curious and interesting thing is that both the big brands such as Mercedes, Porsche or Ferrari or the most famous museums such as the Citè de l’Automobile in Mulhouse or the Petersen in Los Angeles reserve surprises that aren’t all that different from those found in the far smaller and cherished museums of private collectors or foundations that know how to value often unknown models and technologies.
