Genesis Motor is a luxury vehicle division of the Hyundai Motor Company, a South Korean automaker. It was initially conceptualized in 2004 as a luxury version of Hyundai's Genesis sedan. However, in 2015, it was announced as an independent brand. Genesis launched its first standalone model, the Genesis G90, in 2017.
