Steps to a digital twin:

1. On-site scan: Using modern industrial 3D scanning means, a detailed scan is created on site in a day.

2. 3D Preparation: Using the raw data of the scan, 3D designers replicate the vehicle in great detail.

3. Virtual life: The digital twin is now being fine-tuned for its intended use. For racing in the simulator, for exhibitions or as a digital asset in Roarington.

4. Authentication: TCCT provides certificates of authenticity for digital twin and car-passes needed to register for race events at Roarington.
