History

Vemac is a Japanese automotive manufacturer founded in 1997. It is best known for producing sports cars and kit cars. The company is based in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Vemac's first cars were the Vemac RD320 and RD340, two limited-edition sports cars based on the Honda NSX. The cars were designed by renowned designer Shoji Takahashi and featured a modified version of the NSX's 3.2L V6 engine. The company has since produced a variety of sports cars, including the Vemac RD10, Vemac RK8, and the Vemac RD320S. They also produce a range of kit cars, including the Vemac FD0, Vemac FD1, and Vemac FD2. Vemac has also produced a number of concept cars, including the Vemac Concept A and the Vemac Concept B.
