Minerva was a Belgian automotive company that operated from 1902 to 1938 and was one of the most prominent manufacturers of luxury vehicles at that time. The company originally manufactured bicycles and motorcycles in the 1890s before they switched to producing automobiles at the turn of a new century. Cars made by Minerva such as the Minerva 8 AL Rollston Convertible Sedan and Imperia Minerva AP 22 CV limousine were coveted by many American film stars, politicians and industrialists at that time because they have the same quality as Rolls Royce but were less expensive.
