In 2018, at the Italian Grand Prix in Monza, LEGO amazed the world by unveiling the life-size LEGO Technic Bugatti Chiron, a full-scale replica made from over a million pieces. But this was no mere sculpture: the LEGO Chiron features a working electric motor and can drive on its own. Weighing 1.5 tons, it can reach 20 km/h, a feat requiring thousands of hours of design, turning a display model into a real engineering demonstration using LEGO bricks.

LEGO has long accompanied our childhoods, from simple constructions to ambitious Technic creations. Building on the success of the Chiron, the company pushed further in recent years, taking on the challenge of making fully functional life-size cars entirely from LEGO bricks.
